The customers can choose, by our sending of materials, the kind of invitation and the calligraphy that will be used and then they communicate us the text together with the names and addresses of all the guests.
The invitation is written by hand in different forms and the best will be subjected to the approval of the customer usually by fax or personally. The chosen copy is used to realize the printing frame and every single invitation is impressed in our special handmade paper.
The colors used are black,sepia, blue, grey or others by request. At the same time, all the addresses are written on the envelopes, they are usually written in Italic for reading and estetic reasons.


Afterwards the strictest quality control selects and chooses with care the printed invitation to be folded in the envelope or to be rolled and hold by a satin ribbon. (The Bottega also provides to separate the cerimony invitations from the reception ones).
Finally, with the outmost care, the sealing wax is applied by directly melting it to the back of the envelope and impressing ours or the customer’s own seal in a gold background.
Included in the work are also the notes for the “bonbonnière”. A special word of attention is needed to explain the precious quality of the watermark paper, personalised with the seal of the Bottega, handmade axclusively for us by a Master of paper manufacturer in Fabriano, following the strict rules of the XIII century. The same paper is used for the envelopes.
All the invitations so prepared are delivered to the customer which is in charge of their sending.
Great is the emotion of receiving such an invitation and the feeling of touching something really rare and unique, a precious invitation to be kept jelously.
